My Soccer Team

In the fall my soccer team was really bad. We didn't win any games. We did tie two games. It was the same team though. We even lost one game 14-2. There was this one rule that said that if the other team is winning by more than 4 goals then your team gets to put another player on the field. At the end of the game we had our whole team on the field. It was pitiful. The only reason that we didn't win any games is that we were playing against kids a year older than us.

We played on some synthetic turf fields and some real grass fields. One thing that I don't like about synthetic fields is that they get a lot hotter than grass fields. That is only a problem when it is really hot outside. Synthetic fields don't get rained out as much as grass fields though.

This spring my soccer team is really good. We got demoted a division and now we are playing teams that are our age. We are 4-1.

World Records

Most of the people that brake world records don't have any lives. Like one guy typed the numbers one to one million. He typed with on hand and it took him about six years. I would want to break a world record. I would want to be famous but I wouldn't want to have people following me around all of the time.

Which is better?

A burning question. Which is better. Italian or Chinese food. Italian food is sooo good. They have pizza and pasta and garlic bread but my favorite are calzones. They are like a pizza folded in half and stuffed with cheese and toppings but no sauce. But when ever we think of Italian food we only think of pizza and pasta.
Chinese food is very good. I love stir fry. I love duck also. But it is hard to get authentic Chinese food. It is very generic in America. It is all the same. Chicken and vegetables with a sweet sauce over rice.

Obama

I want this to be open to discussion. I think that Obama will be a good president but one thing that might hurt him is that people expect too much from him. Even though I think he will be a good president he might not deliver what people expect. Like those people who see him as god. That is why I think that Obama's presidency will not be looked at as good as it was.

Monkey vs. Moose

Please note: This is all taking place in Catherine Frum's room.

As I walked into the room a monkey flew right by my head. I thought two things. Either the monkey had come to life or Kolemann had thrown the monkey at someone. It turned out that the Monkey was trying to kill the moose. The moose had hired Kolemann to throw the monkey at someone so that they would throw it back at him and they would keep doing that and start and monkey fight. The monkey didn't die. Anyway, the monkey jumped at the moose. The moose jumped back and grabbed a ruler to use as a weapon. The monkey jumped back and picked up a stapler and started shooting staples at the moose. The moose jumped behind the filing cabinet and climbed up the counter. He used the ruler and the strings that people use to raise and lower the blinds and made a bow. He grabbed the pencil sharpener and started sharping pencils to use as ammo. He jumped out and started shooting the pencils at the monkey. The monkey used the stapler and shot staples right through the pencils and at the moose. The moose then used the bowstring to deflect the staples and shoot them back at the moose. The monkey didn't see this and 2 staples hit him simultaneously pinning him against the wall. The moose left him there to die. Or so he thought...

Next Christmas

Next Christmas I get to go to Australia. I have never been there and I have family there. It should be really fun. On the way there we will stop by to see my cousins in Singapore. We will fly through Japan and that will be the second time that I have been to Japan. We got frequent flyer tickets. My mom had a ton of frequent flyer miles since she travels a lot. So we got 4 free seats to Australia. The Christmas before last we went to Singapore. It was really fun.
